Account holders may simply tick the box if goods are to be charged to an approved account.

Applications for a 30 day credit account may be made with ndLIGHT and are subject to normal credit approval.

For credit card payment ndLIGHT reserves the right to verify the cardholders signature is valid. This may mean for first transactions meeting with the cardholder to verify such details. This is a security requirement to protect both parties.

Delivery is Free into Store (FIS) Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.

Delivery to a building site may be arranged provided that the account holder or card holder is present for acceptance of goods.

All orders will be acknowledged and estimated delivery times advised.

For any items ordered and not available we will provide an ETA or an alternative product suggestion.

Title to the goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been received by ndLIGHT.

No claim for loss or damage in transit or for shortage in quantity will be accepted unless notified in writing within 2 days from date of delivery.

No goods may be returned to ndLIGHt for credit unless authorised by the company in writing. Such notification will be in the form of a "Return Authority" and such authority number must be quoted on any approved returns. The cost of freight for any authorised return must be paid by the customer.

ndLIGHT will not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage for failure to deliver, or for any delays in delivery of products to the customer.

Minimum order value is $200.00. Orders below the minimum order value may attract a freight surcharge.

Products supplied by ndLIGHT meet all Australian Electrical Regulations and come with a 12 month return to warehouse replacement warranty provided that installation has been carried out correctly by a licensed electrical contractor.

ndLIGHT make no warranty that the product ordered is suitable for the application intended. The company has qualified Lighting Engineers that are available at no charge to assist in the correct product selection.
